Types and classifications
First is a introduction about the types.
HBTS is according to the national unity standard. H represents concrete, B means concrete pump, T means trailer type, S represents S distributing valve, J means mixing concrete and R means the power is diesel.
For instance: HBTS40-12-82(R). 40 represents the output is 40m³/h, 12 represents delivery pressure, 82 represents the power of diesel engine or electric engine, R represents this pump is driven by the diesel. In addition, you can name it on your own, the way of naming is casual.
1. Electric type: JBS10, JBS30 and JBS40. And JBS10 is equipped with JZC200, while both JBS30 and JBS40 are equipped with JZC350.
2. Diesel type: HBT0804, JB30R and JB40R. And similarly, HBT0804 is equipped with JZC200, both JB30R and JB40R are equipped with JZC350.

Concrete pump and mixer consists of hopper, pumping system, hydraulic system, clean system, electric system, electric engine and walking chassis. Pumping system is composed of two master cylinder tanks, two concrete cylinders, two swing cylinders, two concrete pistons, reversing device, hopper, S distributing valve, swing arms and discharge mouth.
Working principle of concrete mixer with pump
There are two steps in the working principle of cement mixer and pump: mix and convey. Firstly, mix the concrete in the concrete mixer and after the mixing process, pump the concrete mixture to the construction site through the pipeline. Here will be a detailed introduction about the pumping process. Concrete piston connected with main oil cylinder piston rod does reciprocating motion when pump the concrete mixture, under the effect of hydraulic oil of main oil cylinder. When the piston goes forward, the other piston will retreat. And under the effect of swing oil cylinder, S distributing valve is connected with concrete and concrete cylinder is connected with hopper. In this way, when the piston retreats, the concrete will be inhaled into the concrete cylinder; when the piston goes forward, the concrete mixture will be delivered to the S distributing valve and be pumped to the construction site and achieve continuous delivering. In addition, there is a reverse state. And by the reverse pump operation, connect the concrete cylinder that stays in the inhaling process with S distributing valve, and connect the concrete cylinder that stays in pushing process with hopper and withdraw the concrete of the pipeline to the hopper. The pumping system uses S distributing valve to complete the suction and discharge of the concrete. Therefore, S distributing valve is the key part of the concrete pump, and it will have a direct effect on the performance of the concrete pump.
