The small concrete plant is made of five systems: mixing console, materials storage system, materials conveying system, materials weighing system and electrical control system.
Mixing console usually is JS series twin shaft concrete mixer. Both HZS25/35/50 and YHZS25/35/50 are accordingly equipped with JS500/750/1000. If the productivity is more than 120m³/h, we also use planetary concrete mixer as the mixing engine, because of planetary concrete mixer has no mixing dead angle, and the shaft is vertical, which can make materials much more uniform.
2.Materials storage system
Aggregates are stored in the open air.
Powder is stored in the cement silo.
Additive is stored in the full-closed steel structure container.
3.Materials conveying system
Aggregates are conveyed to the batcher by the wheel loader and are sent to the waiting storage bin through hopper.
Powder are transported to the powder weighing system through the screw conveyor.
Additive and water are pumped into their own weighing hopper through additive pump and water pump.
4.Materials weighing system
All materials have their own weighing hopper.
Aggregates are weighed in the aggregates batcher by separate weighing and accumulative weighing.
Powder is weighed in the powder weighing hopper by the leverage electronic scale.
Water is weighed in the water weighing hopper by the leverage electronic scale.
Additive is weighed in the additive weighing hopper by the leverage electronic scale.
5.Electrical control system.
There are two kinds of control systems for your selection. One is full automatic control and another is semi-automatic control system.
For full automatic control system: PLC with computer, and this kind of control method can print all kinds of report forms and clearly present the working condition details of the small batching plant.
For semi-automatic control system: it is under the control of control panel, although it is not very convenient and visual, it costs less.
In fact, the working process of the small batch plant is conducted according to the order of conveying, weighing, mixing and discharging. However, the aggregates is weighed first and then is conveyed. And the other materials are all conveyed first.
1.The aggregates will be sent to the batcher according to the different types and then in the batcher, they will be weighed through separate weighing or accumulative weighing. After the weighing, send the aggregates to the waiting storage bin.
2.Coal ash and cement will be transported to the powder weighing hopper through the screw conveyor. And after the weighing, discharge the powder into the mixing console.
3.Water pump draws water from the pool and pumps water into the water weighing hopper. And additive also will be pumped into the additive weighing hopper through the additive pump. And then, proportioned additive will be discharged to the water weighing hopper and be discharged into the mixing console.
4.Mix powder and mixture with water and additive for several minutes, and discharge the aggregates into the mixing console to mix them together and discharge the concrete mixture into the concrete mixer truck through pneumatic discharging, hydraulic discharging and manual discharging by the manual operating lever.
These three discharging ways are worth mentioning in detail.
1.Pneumatic discharging. It all depends on the rotation of the gears, when the gear rotates clockwise, injects the oil and the discharge door will be opened and when the gear rotates anticlockwise, stops oil supply and discharge door will be closed. The opening and closing of the discharge door are under the control of the button. And this discharging way is usually used in concrete batching plants that their theoretical productivity is more than 75m³/h.
2.Hydraulic discharging. The discharging principle of the pneumatic discharging is the same as hydraulic discharging. However, it has no gears and the discharging power is air. And it is more suitable for concrete batching plants that the theoretical productivity is less than 60m³/hour. So this discharging way is the best choice for small concrete batch plant for sale.
3.Manual discharging is conducted by pushing lever and opening the discharge door. At ordinary times, it is a necessity to disassemble the lever and avoid it will hurt people.
