Equipment Choosing Phrase
The customer contacted us through our website. They mentioned that their construction project needs equipment that can product and pump the concrete mix. After discussion between our engineer and their project manager, we decided to provide the ABJZ40C model concrete pump with mixer and AJ-35 model batch plant. The concrete mixing pump has both mixing and pumping ability which can reduce the labor cost and shorten the working time of concrete mix production and pumping task. It can pump 40 mĀ³ of concrete mix every hour. It is a high efficient pumping machine.
Production and Shipment
Aimix initiated the production phrase right after we and our client reached the agreement of the equipment model. We have our own factory which can ensure the quality of our concrete pump product. The concrete mixer pump was tested in our factory once it has been produced. Then the concrete pump and other accessories like concrete pumping tubes were packed in the containers. This can ensure the safe transportation and have less scratch or other damage.
Function Onsite
After the equipment arrived onsite, our engineer checks the components and helps to install the concrete pump and batch plant. Then the concrete mixer pump underwent the commissioning process and everything went well. Now the concrete pump functions well onsite and can pump the concrete mix far away with the tubes.
