Types
Firstly, it is hopper type concrete batching plant. Aggregate delivery is through a hopper, samely, AJ-35, AJ-50 and AJ-75 are also hopper type. Only AJ-60, AJ-90, AJ-120 and AJ-180 are belt type. Aggregate delivery is through a long belt, about 8m long.
Components of hopper concrete batching plant
1.Aggregate batching machine. There are mainly three types for your choice: two-bin, three-bin and four-bin. Different types have different efficiency.
2.Hopper. It will deliver all of batched aggregate to the concrete mixer.
3.JS series twin shaft concrete mixer. Can produce concrete forcibly and evenly.
4.Cement silo. You can choose from three types of silos: horizontal type, welded type and bolted type.
