In early 2025, our client in Johannesburg started a new project that required continuous concrete supply. As construction progressed, the existing mixing equipment became insufficient to meet growing demand, leading to production limitations and reduced efficiency on site.
To solve this issue, an AJ90 concrete batching plant was selected. The system provides a stable output capacity of approximately 70–90 m³/h and was successfully installed and commissioned in 2026, ensuring reliable concrete production for the project.

Equipment Selection: AJ90 for Stable Medium-Scale Production

After technical evaluation of multiple options, the AJ90 stationary concrete plant was selected as the most suitable solution for the project.

A major advantage of this project lies in the plant’s high-precision material handling system, which significantly improves batching accuracy and reduces material waste.
The configuration includes:
3 × 100-ton cement silos, ensuring continuous cement supply and reducing downtime caused by material interruption.
4 separate aggregate bins, enabling classified storage of different raw materials for stable and controlled feeding.
Independent weighing system for all materials, including cement, aggregates, water, and additives.
This independent weighing structure ensures that each material is measured precisely before entering the mixing process, resulting in consistent concrete quality and improved structural reliability.
Installation and Commissioning: On-Site Engineering Support


The installation and commissioning in Johannesburg were completed with the support of our engineer. Our engineer were on-site to guide the installation process, carry out system debugging, and ensure all equipment operated correctly.
During commissioning, key systems were tested and adjusted to ensure stable performance and accurate batching. We also provided operator training, covering daily operation and basic maintenance to ensure safe and efficient use of the plant. With on-site technical support, the equipment was successfully put into stable operation.

After commissioning, the AJ90 batching plant entered stable operation and successfully met the project’s continuous concrete demand.
