Parts Inspection: Precise to Every Screw
First of all, we carefully checked the core components of AS-4.0 self loading mixer, such as mixing drum, hydraulic system, operation console and so on. Then, by checking the packing list, we checked the models and quantities of mixing blades, hydraulic oil pipes, spare filter elements and other accessories one by one to ensure that there is no omission.
We also used independent moisture-proof packaging for the perishable parts (such as sensors, etc.), and attached manuals to facilitate the installation and debugging by Ghanaian technicians.
Secure Fixing: Make the Equipment “Stable”
In view of the vibration and humidity that may be encountered in the sea transportation, we adopt the double insurance program of “mechanical reinforcement + anti-rust treatment“:
The mixing tank is anchored to the floor of the container with high-strength steel wire ropes, and L-shaped buffer brackets are installed at the key stress points. The surface of the tank is sprayed with anti-rust wax and wrapped with moisture-proof canvas to avoid moisture.
Loading Body: Scientific Planning of Container Space
AS 4.0 fuselage size 7.6 m × 2.8 m × 4.7 m, we chose a large container for loading: The forklift centers the self loading mixer, leaving a gap on both sides for ventilation. Small accessory boxes are stacked on the front side of the device, and wooden trays are placed at the bottom to prevent moisture. The load distribution of containers is uniform and meets maritime safety standards.
Closing the Container: Visualization of the Whole Process
After loading the container, our team carried out a final inspection in accordance with the procedure: we took panoramic and detailed photos of the inside of the container and kept a record of the visualization process. We also provided the factory certificate, African COC certification, marine insurance policy and 24-hour technical support hotline with the container. Finally, the door was closed and the job was done.
