At Aimix, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality concrete mixing equipment. Before each mixer is shipped, we will carry out a strict inspection and test run to ensure that the machine can be put into use immediately in the hands of customers. Recently, another Nigerian customer placed an order for our self loading concrete mixer, and this case shows you the test work we carried out before delivery.
1. Check the Engine
The engine is one of the core components of the concrete mixer. We first started the engine to make sure that the engine runs smoothly at different speeds without abnormal noise. In addition, we also checked the oil pressure, cooling system, and lubrication system, and the results showed that the engine was running smoothly with normal levels of all fluids.
2. Testing High-Pressure Pumps
The high-pressure pump is responsible for providing a sufficient amount of water during the concrete production process and machine cleaning. We also equip them with wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant water pipes. During the inspection, we test the pressure and flow rate of the pump to ensure that it is able to provide the required amount of water consistently and without leaks under high pressure.

3. Inspection of the Arm Protection Sleeve
The arm protection sleeve protects the arm from corrosion and prolongs its service life. We first carried out a visual inspection to ensure that there were no cracks or wear and tear. We then performed an arm extension and retraction test to verify that the protective sleeve did not obstruct or interfere with the arm’s movement.

4. Inspection of Tail Lights
The tail light is a safety feature for the concrete mixer during transportation and night operation. We lit up the tail light to check its brightness and signaling function. Through observation, we found that the brightness of the tail light is moderate and the signal indication is normal, which ensures the safety of the equipment during transportation and operation.

5. Test Normal Movement
After completing the above inspection, we conducted a mobile test on the AS-3.5 self loading concrete mixer. We simulated different working environments at the test site to observe its movement performance on various terrains. The test results showed that the mixer was able to maintain a stable moving speed and good maneuverability on both flat and rough terrain. In addition, the steering and braking systems were flexible, ensuring the safety and maneuverability of the equipment.

After thorough testing and commissioning, all features and components of this AS-3.5 self loader mixer meet quality standards and factory requirements. We are confident in its performance and expect it to play an important role in the construction projects of our Nigerian customers. Aimix will continue to uphold high standards in providing reliable concrete mixing solutions to our customers!
