Hello, everyone! I am the little model of the AIMIX family, a concrete mixer that “eats by itself”, feeds, mixes and unloads by itself. I am the legendary self-loading concrete mixer. Now I am helping a customer in Nigeria to pave a road.
It’s My Work Routine:
As a fully automatic self-loading mixer, my daily routine is simple: eat in gravel, spit out concrete, and run around the job site on four rubber tires.
Self-Loading
Operator Joseph simply presses the touch screen in the cab and my weighing system accurately proportion gravel, cement and river water. Then, the hydraulic bucket quietly leans over and expertly deposits these raw materials firmly into the hopper. This saves two proportioning workers compared to a traditional mixing plant.
Fast Mixing
The drums then perform a 15-minute spinning ballet, mixing the ingredients more evenly than African cassava paste. The workers give me a thumbs up: “This guy can do more than 10 strong men! Last month to repair the school wall, the traditional mixer to 5 people to work all day, I took the ‘iron stomach’ single-handedly 3 hours to get it done!”
Four-Wheel Drive Over Obstacles
Last night’s rainstorm left a half-meter wide mud ditch on the construction site. While the rest of the equipment waited for a tow truck, my 4×4 drive system was switched to off-road mode. The tires crushed through the puddle, carrying 3.5m³ of fresh concrete straight to the pouring point.
Continuous Operation
The drum rotates at a constant speed of 360 degrees, eight wear-resistant alloy blades knead the mixture evenly and finely, and then the discharge spout is tilted at 270 degrees, so the concrete flows smoothly and doesn’t splash around. The site manager recorded in his book, “14 cubic meters poured in one hour with only 1 operator + 1 helper.”

Even better, the customer chose to pair it with a concrete pump, which makes concrete delivery even more convenient and efficient. The concrete pump was able to deliver concrete to the designated location quickly and accurately, further reducing construction time and labor costs.
