Aimix export our high quality ABT50C trailer concrete pump to our customer in Peru. During this journey from China to Peru, our equipment went through 3 challenges.
Factory Testing (Level 1: Performance Check)
The ABT50C trailer concrete pump (50m³/h, diesel-powered) proved its mettle in final trials, delivering 8 hours of non-stop pumping at maximum pressure. The engineer opened the shell and check the engine. Every hydraulic connection was checked twice. “This warrior is Andes-ready!” the lead engineer declared.
China Loading (Level 2: Secure Stowage)
At factory, our team implemented an innovative packing solution: all accessories were sealed in plastic bags with moisture absorbers, while the main unit was securely strapped to the container floor using industrial-grade ratchet straps. Four-point steel restraints kept the multi-ton pump immobile during ocean transit. “Not even a Pacific storm could budge this setup,” remarked the loading foreman. The total weight of the trailer concrete pump is 4800kg. It takes 25 m³ space.

Peruvian Customs (Final Boss: Red Tape)
Lima customs initially balked at the “industrial machinery” classification. But our pre-packed documentation kit – including strapping certifications and moisture-proofing specs – smoothed clearance in 48 hours. A specialized carrier then hauled the still-secured pump up the Andes.
Arrival Victory
After 19 days at sea, technicians found every component exactly as packed – the straps taut, plastic seals intact. The diesel engine started on first try at the 3,600m Cusco site, where it’s now pouring concrete for a new hospital. “Your packing survived!” the site manager joked after seeing the pristine condition.
