Order Placement Process
The client contacted us through our website and expressed their need for a concrete pump. The Colombia construction site has electric power supply, so Aimix engineer recommended this electric concrete pump for our client. After the discussion, we reach an agreement about this ABT40D concrete trailer pump. This pump can pump 40 m³ of concrete mix to the construction site every hour. It is a highly efficient concrete pump for building. It has a long tube to transport the cement mix to the construction area. The trailer pump is easy to move around at the construction site.
Production and Shipment
The producing process goes well in Aimix factory. After the production process finished, our engineer test the electric concrete pump to ensure its quality. The picture of the pumping machine and video of testing process was sent to our customer. The concrete trailer pump and other accessories were put in the container for the safety of shipment. Using container for shipment can reduce scratch or other kinds of damage to the product during transportation. The product arrived at its destination on time.
Customer’s Feedback
Our customer received the concrete pump in a container and transport it to their work site on truck. The concrete trailer pump went through commissioning process at the work site. It works efficiently and our customer service manager received the appraisal of our product. The customer is looking forward to more future cooperation with us.
