General introduction about concrete transit mixer
- 1. During the transportation, the mixing drum will keep rotating to ensure the concrete fluidity. After transporting the concrete, user usually use water to flush the inside of the mixing cylinder to prevent hardened concrete from occupying space.
- 2. When the drum of the concrete mixer turns clockwise, concrete will be stirred; when the drum of the concrete mixer drum turns counterclockwise, concrete will be discharged.
- 3. The compositions of the concrete transit mixer: chassis, transmission system, hydraulic system, frame, mixing tank, material inlet and outlet device, water supply system, control system, ladder, and other parts. The front end of the mixing tank is connected with the reducer and installed on the front end of the frame, and the back end is supported by two supporting wheels installed on the back end of the frame through the raceway.
