Recently, a Tanzanian client contacted us and required a robust and efficient crushing solution for his projects after watching the amazing AIMIX crushing plant working video on YouTube. He needed a system that could process approximately 100 tons per hour, ensuring a steady supply of crushed limestone for his operations. First, please have a brief overview of his requirements.
Client’s Requirements
The client sought to improve cement production by investing in a high-performance limestone crushing plant. His goal was to obtain equipment that could efficiently reduce large limestone rocks into smaller, uniform sizes, ideal for cement manufacturing.
- Raw Materials Feeding Size: 500mm
- Finial Crushed Limestone Size: 0-5mm, 5-10mm, 10-20mm
Cement production has high requirements for limestone particles, and usually requires multi-stage crushing and screening to obtain suitable particle sizes. The customer intends to use 0-5mm fine particles for further processing of cement raw materials, and 5-10mm and 10-20mm particles for mixing and other construction material production.
According to his requirements, AIMIX engineers have customized a limestone crushing line for his. Check its configurations below.
Crusher Plant Equipment Configuration
- Jaw Crusher (APJ-6090E): The primary jaw crusher handles large limestone blocks under a size of 500mm, reducing them to smaller sizes of about 65-180mm.
- Impact Crusher (APF1214): The secondary impact crusher refines the limestone further, producing uniform and high-quality aggregates.
- Sand Making Machine: VSI crushers are used as tertiary crushers to further crush the limestone into the sand with a particle size of approximately 0-5mm.
- Vibrating Feeder: The feeder ensures a steady and controlled flow of material into the jaw crusher.
- Vibrating Screen: The vibrating screen sorts the crushed limestone material into various sizes, ensuring consistency.
Production Process
The factory received the order and immediately began production. Skilled technicians manufactured and assembled the equipment for about one month, ensuring each component met the highest standards.
After production, the equipment underwent testing to guarantee optimal performance. Besides, we also have invited the clients to online check its testing. The workers ensured everything was ok before preparing the equipment for shipment.
Shipment Arrangement
Once the clients paid the balance and the equipment passed all tests, we immediately arranged the shipment. The logistics team carefully packed and loaded the components into containers, securing them for the long journey to Tanzania. Once the equipment started to ship, the client received regular updates, ensuring transparency throughout the shipping process.
According to the shipping schedule, the customer will receive the crushing plant in one month. It is currently still in transit, and we look forward to the customer receiving the crushing plant and putting it into production as soon as possible.
