This stationary asphalt mixing plant adopts a modular container design, the agitator adopts a double-horizontal forced mixing method, the integrated thermal system design of the drying system, and the double vibrating screen improves the screening efficiency, reduces the equipment failure rate, and installs the bag dust removal system. Above the drying system, the heat energy loss is reduced. The finished product silo adopts a bottom-mounted structure. Compared with the previous side-mounted structure, the material transport trolley is eliminated, and the equipment performance is reliable.
