It is without a concrete mixer, just batch all kinds of aggregates in together. In the whole process, won’t add water. When you need wet concrete, just drive a concrete transit mixer, then discharge the batched concrete to the drum, add water, mix on the way to construction site. The whole cost will be lower than wet concrete batching plant.
Only difference between dry type is it has a concrete mixer, generally is JS series or planetary concrete mixer. Add water into the mixer and produce wet concrete.
