Recently, our AJ-35 stationary concrete batching plant was successfully delivered to Jizzakh of Uzbekistan. The installation work was successfully completed.

Equipment Arrival and On-Site Guidance

Upon the concrete batching plant’s arrival in Jizzakh, our team of after-sales engineers quickly arrived at the site and guided the entire installation process. Their experience and expertise ensured that the installation went smoothly.

There are following steps to installing a concrete batching plant:

• Site Preparation: Start by clearing the construction area to make it flat and free of debris. Additionally, stationary batching plant usually needs a foundation. Therefore, follow the design plans for building the foundation.
• Main Equipment Installation: Lift the main equipment into place and install it according to the installation drawings. Ensure the order, position, and height are correct to ensure all parts are installed correctly.
• Pipeline Connection: Install all pipes and fittings on the equipment as shown in the design plans. Secure them with bolts. Subsequently, check for leaks after installation.
• Electrical System Installation: Set up the support for the electrical system and install the equipment. Then, connect the wires and cables following the electrical diagrams. Test the electrical systems and adjust as needed.
• Commissioning: Following the equipment manual, test and adjust the batching plant. Conduct trial runs to verify its proper operation and ensure it produces concrete that meets the standards.

Installation Completed

The installation work started on April 15, 2024, and was completed at the beginning of May. During this period, our engineers provided comprehensive training to the site staff. This ensured that the staff were able to master the operating procedures of the concrete batching plant and ensure safe operation.
