In a road construction project in Russia’s Altai region, the site is located on a muddy, high-slope terrain with great ups and downs, making it difficult for traditional concrete transport and mixing equipment to work efficiently. To solve this problem, the customer purchased the AS-3.5 and AS-5.5 self loading concrete mixers from Aimix. With their integrated design, powerful performance and excellent terrain adaptability, our clients successfully overcame the challenges of complex construction environments.
The slope of the construction site is large, and the ground is muddy and slippery during the rainy season. Ordinary mixers rely on external vehicles to supply materials, which is not only inefficient, but also prone to transport delays due to slippery roads. In addition, the limited space at the site made it difficult to flexibly dispatch large equipment and to meet the project progress manually.
The AS-3.5 and AS-5.5 self loading mixers performed well in the high slopes of the Altai project, not only overcoming the terrain constraints, but also significantly improving the construction efficiency.
Efficiency ImprovementThe two machines worked together to achieve a daily average of 80 cubic meters of concrete pouring, and the project was completed 20 days ahead of schedule.
Cost controlNot only reducing labour cost and transportation cost, but also reducing the loss of construction period by about 20 days (the effective operation rate of the equipment reached 90% during the rainstorm season).
Safety and qualityThe equipment maintained stable operation on the 35° mud slope, and there were no equipment accidents throughout the construction; the double-machine connection ensured continuous supply of concrete and avoided structural cold joints.
Aimix self loading concrete mixer is especially suitable for construction scenes with complicated terrain and transport difficulties, which can effectively solve the limitations of traditional mixing equipment. If you want to know more information, welcome to contact us!
