Our DRC client has a rural construction project which needs high quality fresh mixed concrete. They need a concrete pump to constantly pumping concrete mixture to build the house. After having online meeting, our project manager learned that they do not have stable supply of electricity onsite. So they need diesel powered equipment. They have a shorter construction period, so they need equipment to improve loading efficiency.
Aimix drum mixer concrete pump is suitable for project needs fresh mixture. The client’s rural house is small, the overall demand of concrete mixture is low. Therefore our project manager recommended the ABJZ30C concrete mixing pump model concrete mixing pump. This is powered by diesel and the concrete output of every hour is 30 cubic meters which is sufficient for the project. Aimix provides high quality pumping pipes, cleaning balls and other accessories to ensure smooth pumping. We also recommended them a wheel loader. This is a powerful material loading helper. This can boost the working efficiency of material loading into the hopper of concrete pump.
The production process of concrete mixture pump and wheel loader finished well in our factory in Hunan. The concrete mixer pump is wrapped before loading onto the truck to protect it from dust, moisture, and scratches during transportation. This helps ensure the equipment arrives at the port in good working condition and appearance. The overhead crane lifted the wheel loader and put it on the truck. Now both of these two Aimix machines have arrived at the port. They will be put into the container and shipped to their destination in Democratic Republic of the Congo.
