Our Guatemala client discovered our website and send us the quotation request through Whatsapp. They want a concrete mixer pump at the beginning, our engineer recommends other customized solution based on their project. If you want to learn more, please go on reading.
A Central American contractor needed a diesel-powered concrete mixer pump with aggregate dispenser for remote mosque construction in Guatemala. Key requirements included:
100% diesel operation (no grid power)
Integrated batching and pumping
Compact footprint for mountainous sites
Our project manager’s analysis revealed critical constraints:
Terrain limitations: Ultra-narrow access roads required separable equipment
Maintenance risk: Combined unit failure would halt entire operations
Mobility: The concrete mixer pump is not portable enough to move around the construction site quickly and mix at the same time
Material loading: The concrete mixer pump need manual loading raw material. It requires extra labor cost.
Replacing the requested mixer pump with a modular duo:
ABT30C Trailer Concrete Pump: This is a diesel engine concrete trailer pump. It can handle 100m vertical pumping tasks. It is easy to maintain.
AS-3.5 Self-Loading Mixer: It is highly mobile with the wheel chassis. It has the aggregate dispenser and can produce 14 m³/h concrete mixture every hour. The self loading ability saves the labor cost and makes the loading process more efficiently.
Key Adjustment: Separable operation → Mix anywhere, pump anywhere
Factory testing: Both machines underwent stress tests in the factory. Both of the equipment run well.
Containerization:
ABT30C → whole machine and accessories put into the container
AS-3.5 disassembled → put into separate standard contain
