Efficient Production Process

With professional production experience and technology, AIMIX completed the manufacturing of the crusher equipment in just one and a half months. The main stages of the production cycle were as follows:

• Raw Material Preparation (7-10 days): Workers have prepared the necessary raw materials, including main body parts, motors, and hydraulic system components.
• Assembly and Installation (15-18 days): According to the design layout, workers meticulously assembled the various parts. This phase included motor installation, hydraulic system connection, and electrical equipment setup.
• Debugging and Testing (8-10 days): After assembly, the workers have conducted comprehensive function debugging and performance testing. It included startup checks, load tests, and safety performance evaluations.
