3 Cubic Meter Concrete Mixer Drum Was Exported To Indonesia

Sorry to update this news so late. This 3 cubic meter concrete mixer drum has been exported to Indonesia in January 2022. Our customer purchased this concrete mixer drum to produce washing powder. I was shocked to hear of this use because it was the first time I had heard that construction machinery could also be used to produce washing powder, such a household product. I would like to see how it is implemented, but as far as I know, the customer is currently refitting this concrete mixing tank. I will update it on the website as soon as there is any news.

Characteristics of concrete mixer tank

There is a certain Angle between the central axis of the stirring cylinder and the horizontal plane (i.e. the inclination Angle of the cylinder). The number of blades consists of two, starting from the head along the spiral line of the inner wall of the shell to the end of the barrel. The two blades are symmetrical distributed 180 degrees, so they form a spiral channel through the whole interior of the barrel with the shell.

Working principle of concrete tank

The mixing cylinder has the functions of loading, mixing, and discharging ready-mixed concrete. According to the structure of the mixing tank, its working principle can be deduced. When the mixer tank rotates clockwise, the tank will mix and stir the concrete, while when it rotates anti-clockwise, the tank will discharge the concrete mixture.
