Things need to pay attention to when using a trailer pump

• • 1. Before pumping, concrete, should pump water and lubricate pipelines. Check whether each point has the phenomenon of seal or leakage, and then pump mortar.
  • 2. During the pumping process, the concrete shall be above the mixing shaft and shall not be sucked empty or pumped without materials.
  • 3. During pumping, the operator should pay attention to the temperature. When it rises to 50C, should start air cooling to dissipate heat. If the oil temperature continues to rise and exceeds 80C, the operator should stop running and check.
  • 4. If there is a long time for stopping pumping concrete, the operator should open the pump for 10 to 20 minutes, do an anti-pumping operation once to twice, then pump once to twice, which can prevent the concrete slump.
  • 5. If the concrete slump is too low, it is not allowed to add water in the hopper, should add to the concrete mixer trucks and after mixing evenly, discharge to the hopper.
