1. The operator should wear good dust-proof goggles and a mask.
2. The installation site of the rock crusher should be in a safe area, and it should be convenient to get in and out of the material. 2. Feeding should be uniform and continuous, and side feeding should be avoided to prevent sudden load changes or sudden increases of load on one side. Always pay attention to the phenomenon that large materials get stuck in the feed opening, or should be shut down immediately to remove them.
3. It is strictly forbidden to reach into the crushing chamber with hands, feet, or crowbars to take out the material or forcibly push it into the rolling stone bucket. If you notice that the inserted material cannot be crushed, you should stop the machine immediately to remove it.
4. The operator should not be too close to the hopper or the probe in the hopper. A special hook bar must be used to remove the feed stone. The rolling stone hopper should be fitted with a protective cover to prevent it from flying out of the ballast and causing injury.
5. Make sure that the stone is not embedded in the tension spring of the stone crusher so as not to impair its elasticity.
6. Observe whether the temperature of the bearings is normal or not, the general temperature rise should be in the range of 60℃. If the temperature rise is too high, you need to stop the machine to check and eliminate the faults before resuming operation.
7. Pay attention to whether the vibration and noise are normal during operation. The amount of oil at each lubrication point is appropriate, the fasteners are not loose, and the spring tension is appropriate.
8. If you find that the discharge port is enlarged due to wear, adjust the size of the discharge port in time to ensure that the specifications of the stone are met.
9. The stone crusher should be equipped with a dust isolation device, stone can be wetted with water, to prevent the staff from being too dusty. In the operation to release water to remove dust, dry rolling is strictly prohibited.
