1.AJ-50 concrete batch plant will load proportioned concrete by hopper, so it has small footprint. For this aspect, user will save some land cost.
2.It is equipped with JS series twin shaft paddle mixer, can blend aggregate efficiently and thoroughly. With advanced shaft-end seal performance, there will be no residue left.
3.It is easy to install and maintain.
4.Reasonable configuration. It consists of PLD1200 concrete batching machine, hopper, twin shaft mixer, cement silo, screw conveyor and PLC control system.
5.Automatic PLC control system. As you can see from the pictures, there will be a screen and clear buttons to guide you run the whole plant.
