About AJ-35 small concrete batching plant

AJ-35 small concrete batching plant is a hopper type concrete plant, it has characteristics of small footprint, easy maintenance, low cost, and high efficiency. It consists of a JS750 twin shaft paddle concrete mixer, PLD concrete batching machine, screw conveyor, pneumatic system, skip hoist, etc.
All of the components can work efficiently.

The below pictures are two concrete production processes: loading and mixing.
1. Loading: When you want to use a concrete batching plant to produce fresh concrete, you need a wheel loader to load the raw materials, also we called them to aggregate.
2. Mixing: When the aggregate is batched, aggregate will be lifted to the concrete mixer through a hopper. And when all of the materials, such as aggregate, powder, water, and additive enter the mixer, it will begin to mix and stir.

The followings are the control system and discharging system. We adopt PLC control system, and in addition, there is a display screen, can display the whole process clearly. As for the discharging system, there are 4.1m to the ground. When the concrete is mixed, there will be a concrete transit mixer to transport the concrete mixture to the construction site.
