Requirements: The Mongolian customer has extensive experience in road construction and asphalt production and has already been operating a 50-60 TPH asphalt mixing plant. Seeking to expand his operations, he required a complete crushing solution to process mountain rocks, mainly producing high-quality stone materials for his asphalt plant and roadbed construction.
Customized Solution and Configuration: Considering factors like the hardness of the mountain stone, desired production capacity, and budget constraints, we finalized a customized stationary crushing plant after thorough discussions with him many times. The primary components included: Vibrating Feeder + APJ-6090 Jaw Crusher + APC-110C Cone Crusher + Vibrating Screen + PLC Control Box
AIMIX worked diligently to manufacture and assemble the crushing plant. Within two months, the equipment was ready for shipment. After half a month of transportation, the equipment arrived at the site in Mongolia. Simultaneously, AIMIX engineers reached the site to oversee the installation and commissioning process.
Once the installation was complete, he began trial operations. During this period, he provided feedback on the crushing machines‘ performance and the quality of the produced aggregates. As the customer wished, the aggregate particle size produced by our crushing line fully met the standards. The particle sizes of finial products include 0-10mm, 10-20mm, 20-30mm.
After several months of continuous operation, the equipment remains in excellent condition. With the road construction nearing completion, he plans to use a portion of the produced aggregates for future projects and sell the surplus, anticipating a profitable venture.
