Three months ago, I shared an exciting case about a 100t/h crushing and screening plant successfully operating in the Philippines. This mobile screening plant has moved to a new crushing site for another project. Let’s dive into the details of this project.
The primary raw material for this project is volcanic rock. The mobile screening plant focuses on producing three types of aggregates: S1, 3/8″, and 3/4″. These aggregates are highly popular in the local market and have a wide range of applications.
Thus, the customer utilizes the screened aggregates for sale and also for his own concrete construction projects.
This project features a unique process: screening – crushing – re-screening.
Once the mobile screening plant arrives at the site, it first screens the raw material. The feeding rock material is already partially crushed. The screens separate different sizes of materials for various uses. Then, the equipment screens the 50mm volcanic rock for further crushing.
A tracked excavator transports the 50mm aggregates to the stockpiling area around the cone crusher. The aggregates then move through a conveyor belt into the cone crusher for final crushing.
After crushing, the aggregates go through the screening plant again. This process separates them into S1, 3/8, and 3/4 sizes.
The client is very satisfied with the performance of the screening plant. AIMIX’s engineers in the Philippines visited the site to witness the operation and filmed a video for reference.
