There are two types wet concrete plants: skip hoist concrete plant and belt conveyor batch plant. They both have aggregate batching machine, twin shaft concrete mixer, weighing system, screw conveyor, cement silos, differences are, in skip hoist concrete batching plant, when the aggregate batcher dosed aggregates, the aggregates are lifted to twin shaft mixer directly by hopper; while in belt conveyor cement plant, the aggregates proportioned aggregates will be conveyed to waiting warehouse through belt conveyor, the most important thing is, there is a cover on belt conveyor, due to the cover and waiting warehouse, raw materials are much more environmental, therefore, belt conveyor concrete batching plant will produce high-quality concrete.
But there is another thing you need to note, wet mix concrete batch plant includes stationary type and mobile type, we named stationary concrete plant as AJ-25, AJ-35, AJ-50, AJ-60, AJ-75, AJ-90, AJ-120, AJ-180, among them, AJ-60, AJ-90, AJ-120, AJ-180 are belt conveyor type concrete batching plants, the others belong to skip hoist concrete batch plants; we name mobile type wet batch plant as AJY-25, AJY-35, AJY-50. Dry batch concrete plant?is more suitable for these construction projects where requires large amounts of concrete and general quality of concrete.?Such as: water resource, electric power, highway, harbor, bridge, airport, large precast products plant and commercial concrete plants. Dry batch plant has the advantages of high efficiency, convenient operation and stability performance. In addition, dry batch plant can be customized according to different of users.
