AIMIX GROUP customizes equipment packages and full project support based on what customers really need. We help clients handle every key step from equipment purchase to pre-production setup. Today, let me share Alik’s story with you.
Alik is a ready-mix concrete supplier in Kazakhstan. He runs his own concrete batching plant and asphalt plant. As local infrastructure kept growing, his business spotted new opportunities and expanded step by step. But business expansion also brought new headaches. His old equipment could no longer keep up with the rising demand for concrete. If he didn’t boost production capacity, Alik would risk losing bids on more projects. So the customer didn’t just need another machine. He needed a complete solution that fits his production targets, works with his actual site conditions, and keeps the whole project on track.
After reaching out to AIMIX GROUP, Alik told us he needed to boost his concrete production capacity. But picking the right equipment was just one piece of the puzzle. His site wasn’t fully ready yet, and they hadn’t locked in the equipment layout. On top of that, the project had a tight deadline — site prep and equipment purchasing had to happen at the same time.
If we settled on the layout before knowing the exact site conditions, we might run into installation problems or place the equipment incorrectly. But if we waited for the site to be 100% ready before ordering equipment, the whole project would fall behind schedule.
So during our early talks, AIMIX GROUP focused on three key points:
The priority was to understand the customer’s actual challenges before determining the appropriate equipment configuration.
Because site preparation and equipment procurement needed to proceed simultaneously, AIMIX GROUP worked with the customer to evaluate feasible layout options rather than simply asking them to wait until the entire site was ready. The discussions focused on equipment placement, compatibility with the existing site conditions, and ways to reduce potential coordination difficulties during installation.
Based on the customer’s requirements, AIMIX GROUP provided different layout options for consideration and helped clarify which configuration would best suit the project site.
After in-depth communication, both parties confirmed a suitable equipment layout, establishing a clearer basis for subsequent manufacturing and delivery. For projects like this, layout confirmation is more than a purchasing milestone. It is also an important step in reducing uncertainty and coordinating the work that follows.
After clarifying the project requirements, equipment configuration, and site layout, AIMIX and Alik confirmed the final AJ180 concrete batching plant solution. Production could then proceed according to the agreed plan.
Confirm the Equipment Configuration: Based on the agreed solution, both parties confirmed the equipment configuration and layout requirements to ensure the plant met the project’s production needs and site installation conditions.
Coordinate Production and Delivery: Once the configuration was finalized, AIMIX arranged production according to the project schedule and coordinated subsequent delivery plans to align equipment arrival with the customer’s construction progress as closely as possible.
Prepare the Site for Installation: While the equipment was being manufactured, Alik could proceed with site preparation, foundation work, and other necessary installation preparations, helping ensure the site was ready for the AJ180 plant upon arrival.
By confirming the configuration in advance and coordinating manufacturing with site preparation, both parties established a clearer project schedule, reduced potential delays caused by design changes or scheduling conflicts, and laid the groundwork for smooth equipment delivery and installation.
Once the equipment arrived at the project site, the next priority was to implement the confirmed solution through on-site installation.
For projects where site conditions and equipment layout have presented uncertainties, early communication provides an important reference for implementation. A clearer layout helps the on-site team coordinate installation work around the agreed configuration.
In this project, coordination between equipment delivery and site preparation was an important part of the overall process. Through early discussions and project coordination, AIMIX GROUP helped reduce the need for repeated layout clarification that could otherwise complicate installation.
As delivery and installation progressed, the customer was able to continue preparing for production and pursue project opportunities during the final part of the 2025 construction season.
For Alik, the value was not simply receiving an AJ180 concrete batching plant. It was also about coordinating equipment procurement, site preparation, and construction schedules as effectively as possible.
Looking back at the project, Alik’s main challenge was the gap between growing production demand, the limitations of existing equipment, incomplete site preparation, and a tight project schedule.
AIMIX GROUP addressed these challenges by focusing not only on equipment specifications but also on the customer’s actual circumstances. The process involved requirement discussions, layout confirmation, equipment manufacturing, delivery, and on-site installation coordination.
Through this process, the customer obtained an equipment solution aligned with the project’s requirements and a clearer plan for managing site layout uncertainties.
Customer satisfaction depends not only on the equipment itself but also on whether the supplier communicates effectively, understands practical challenges, and helps move the project forward.
For AIMIX GROUP, this project reinforces the importance of combining suitable equipment, clear planning, realistic scheduling, and ongoing project coordination.
Alik’s project demonstrates AIMIX GROUP’s approach to supporting customers from initial discussions through equipment delivery.
We believe that the value of equipment supply goes beyond delivering machinery. It also means understanding the customer’s project objectives and helping them identify practical solutions within real-world site conditions and time constraints.
