We are two ABJZ40C diesel powered concrete mixer pumps. Each of us can mix and pump 40 cubic meter of concrete mixture for construction project. After meticulous assembly and rigorous testing at our birthplace in Aimix factory in China, where every control and function was verified, we were prepared for our essential journey to Indonesia. Our mission: to arrive safely and ready for operation.
Meticulous Preparation for Transit
Safety was paramount. Alongside our 124 companion parts – pipes, fittings, tools in protective plastic, and critical components – we underwent careful preparation. Cardboard boxes were securely taped and clearly marked with their contents. Pipe connection pieces were bound together with strong wire to prevent movement. Two operation manuals of ABJZ40C model concrete mixer pump were included for our future operators.
Strategic Placement for Stability
The transfer into the shipping container was precise. Powerful forklifts gently lifted each of us, weighing 5200 kilograms, into position. We were placed firmly one behind the other within the container. Heavy-duty straps were cinched tightly around our mixer drums and frames, anchoring us securely to the container floor. This firm embrace prevented any shifting during transit. Between us, our vital diesel engines, each housed within a robust wooden crate, were positioned. These crates served as effective buffers. Our lengthy pipes and other components were neatly stacked lengthwise below us, aligned with our bodies, and secured to eliminate any risk of rolling or abrasion.
The Voyage and Safe Arrival
The container doors closed. A final inspection confirmed the container was clean, structurally sound, and ready. The ocean voyage commenced. We felt the sea’s motion, but the combination of tight straps, strategic bracing, and secure packing ensured absolute stability. There was no clanging, scraping, or uncontrolled movement. Our crated engines remained steadfast, and the parts below us stayed perfectly stacked.
Sensing the warmer air, we knew we had reached Indonesia. The container doors opened to reveal the destination. We had arrived intact, undamaged, and fully operational. The careful planning, robust securing methods, and precise packing from Aimix service team had ensured our safe passage. We are now prepared to contribute to Indonesia’s growth, eager to begin pumping concrete on our new worksite.
