At the end of 2023, we received an order from Kazakhstan.
The customer needs a large concrete batching plant to ensure the concrete needs of the project. Under the analysis of aimix professionals, the customer finally decided to choose AJ-180 stationary concrete batching plant.
Shipping and Arrival
The preparation process went smoothly, with all equipment, components, and necessary tools carefully packed and labeled.
Aimix team completed the shipment before 2024, at the end of December 2023. Even on the eve of the holiday season, our team ensured every detail was well-handled to avoid any potential delays.
On-Site Installation Guidance
The installation of the large stationary batching plant requires foundation construction. The following is the process of building the foundation
- Draw the foundation size; dig the foundation pit (adjust depth based on soil).
- Put rebar in the pit and pour concrete.
- Put embedded plates on the rebar, letting the rebar go through the plates.
- Once the concrete hardens, weld the plates to the rebar to strengthen.
Heavy snow made it hard to work because it was slippery, wet, and cold. Building the foundation was tough because the ground was frozen and there was a lot of water, which made setting up a big batching plant harder.
However, aimix engineers showed a high level of adaptability and problem-solving ability. They not only promptly adjusted the installation plan but also ensured that every step of the operation met safety standards through on-site guidance, effectively overcoming the impact of harsh weather.
Operating System Training
Teaching the customer how to operate the system in such cold weather was another challenge. Aimix engineers needed to ensure that the customer’s operators could learn all the operational knowledge of concrete batching plant even in harsh outdoor environments.
Through patient and detailed explanations and repeated hands-on practice, our engineers successfully imparted all necessary operational knowledge, ensuring the smooth running of the AJ-180 stationary concrete batching plant, even under adverse weather conditions.
Thorough Line Inspection
With frequent snowfall and temperature changes, electrical equipment and wiring need extra attention.
Therefore, our engineers conducted an extra line inspection to ensure every connection was secure and reliable, and every electrical component was in optimal condition. With careful inspection, the stationary concrete batching plant was quickly put into use after the installation.
After a month of hard work, the AJ-180 stationary concrete batching plant was successfully installed and put into use by early April.
The customer expressed great satisfaction with aimix group’s service, especially the professionalism of our engineers’ on-site guidance:
Despite facing a lot of snow and melting ice during setup, all issues were successfully fixed with the help of aimix engineers, and the project was finished on time. We look forward to the next collaboration with aimix group.
