5. Mixing system
It is the most important part in the whole automatic concrete batching plant. After feeding, batching and weighing, mixing system will begin to stir all of raw material together. Commonly mixing system is JS series twin shaft concrete mixer, there will be planetary concrete mixer for precast concrete production. JS series is the most popular. How does an automatic concrete batching plant work
Notice: Action of aggregate, powder and liquid is at the same time.
1. Feeding
Wheel loader will put aggregate into concrete batching machine, through weighing and batching.
2. Conveying
Aggregate will be delivered to concrete mixer or waiting bin through hopper or belt conveyor.
Powder will enter to weighing system through screw conveyor.
Water and liquid will be pumped into their own weighing system.
3. Mixing
JS series twin shaft concrete mixer will mix all of raw materials thoroughly and evenly.
4. Discharging
Under the concrete mixer machine, there will be a discharging outlet. There are three ways to discharge concrete: pneumatic, hydraulic and manual. We usually uses hydraulic discharge, which is safe.
