What are compositions of belt type concrete batching plant
This type belt conveyor concrete mixing plant consists of four-bin aggregate batching machine, belt conveyor, waiting bin weighing system, concrete mixer machine, cement silo, screw conveyor and control system. Discharging height is commonly 4.2m, length of screw conveyor is 8m, the height of equipped cement silo is 7.4m. The amount of screw conveyor and cement silos are depend on users’ needs.
1. Belt conveyor. It is made up of steel angle. To make it convenient for assemble and transport, it is usually made into 6 meters per section. What’s more, to realize convenient installation and maintenance, at the two sides of belt conveyor, there are maintenance platform with guard rail about 600mm wide.
2. Waiting bin is on the second floor platform of the mixer machine, which is to momentarily store the batched aggregate.
3. Cement silo in ready mixed belt type concrete batching plant has outrigger, electric dust collector, safe valve, broken arch, ladder, guard rail, manually butterfly valve, maintenance platform and upper and lower level. Note: In the above AJ-60 belt conveyor batching plant, the distance between spiral feed port and discharge port is 8 meters, and the unloading height of cement warehouse is 7.4 meters.
4. We use JS series twin shaft mixer or planetary concrete mixer as the mixing machine, realize manually cleaning, no residue.
