Operator and equipment management personnel should carefully read the instructions and grasp the related knowledge of concrete pump’s structure, principle, using, maintenance and pumping. Of course, they should use and operate the concrete pump in accordance with the instructions.
The supporting ground of the concrete pump should be flat and firm, and its legs should be able to support the whole concrete pump stably and reliably.. The whole machine should be placed horizontally, which should not be tilted in the working process.
The position of concrete pump should be convenient to enter, out and feed for concrete mixer truck. The position of concrete pump should be good for pumping and reducing the pumping pressure. The position of concrete pump should has a close pouring place, convenient power and water supply.
The piping of concrete pump should be based on the characteristics of the construction site and concrete pouring scheme. In pumping, it shall be as far as possible to shorten the length of the pipeline and use less pipe and hose.
The laying of the pipe should be easy to clean, troubleshooting, installation, disassembly and maintenance. When the new and old pipe are used together, and the new pipe should be arranged in the place where has large pumping pressure.
In the concrete pumping process, concrete pump should be fixed to prevent damage and leakage of pump.
After the concrete pump is communicated with the conveying pipe, and the concrete pump should be fully checked according to the instruction manual of the concrete pump. After check, concrete pump can run 10 min to check whether the organization or system is working properly.
In the hot season, concrete pump should be covered by use wet sack and wet cloth to avoid direct sunlight on the concrete conveying pipe to prevent pipe blockage
In the cold season, concrete pump should be taken measures to prevent freezing. We Aimix Group suggest that concrete conveying pipe can be wrapped with insulating material.
